By accessing, using, or interacting with Scriptonia, Void (V), CTX (Context Engine), multi-agent AI systems, $VCTX token, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Scriptonia reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older to use Scriptonia.

Users below 18 must use the platform under parental or guardian supervision due to financial transactions, Web3 interactions, and AI-driven outputs.

Users 18+ may use all services independently.

Scriptonia may refuse service to anyone for violations, misuse, fraud, or abuse.

4.Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Securing your login credentials
Ensuring wallet safety (Phantom, Solflare, etc.)
Providing accurate information
All activity that occurs under your account

Scriptonia is not responsible for:

Lost wallets
Lost seed phrases
Gas fees
Delayed blockchain confirmations
Incorrect user inputs

5.Payments, Tokens & Rewards

Scriptonia supports payments via:

Paytm / UPI
Other integrations introduced over time

5.1 VCTX Token Usage

$VCTX is used for:

Platform Fees

5.2 Burns & Fees

5.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only when:

We cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours

Refunds are issued in the original payment method, unless impossible due to blockchain conditions.

By submitting content, you grant Scriptonia:

A global, royalty-free license to use, display, analyze, process, and enhance the platform
Permission to create derivative outputs
Rights to store and index content

You retain ownership of your original submissions.

7.Prohibited Activities

Users may NOT:

Use the platform for illegal purposes
Manipulate or exploit rewards
Harass, threaten, or scam other users
Reverse-engineer Scriptonia systems
Interfere with AI agent operations
Misuse research content in ways that violate copyrights

Violation may result in:

8.No Warranty (AI Disclaimer)

Scriptonia's AI systems (Void, CTX, X402, Agents) generate outputs using machine reasoning.

Therefore:

Results are not guaranteed to be accurate
Outputs are not professional advice
Systems may produce incomplete or imperfect content
You must independently verify any architecture or business decision

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scriptonia is not liable for:

Loss of tokens
Loss of wallets
Failed blockchain transactions

10.Intellectual Property

All Scriptonia branding, CTX systems, Void architecture, multi-agent workflows, UI/UX, models, content, and proprietary systems are owned by Scriptonia.

Users may not:

Sell

Modify
Reproduce

any proprietary material.

11.Token Volatility Disclaimer

$VCTX is a utility token, not a guarantee of:

Profit
ROI
Future value
Price stability

Token markets are volatile.

Users participate at their own risk.

12.Governance & Changes

Change product features
